Journi is operated by Novara. These are the simple terms for using it — no fine-print traps.
By using Journi you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, use Journi with a parent or guardian's permission. Journi is a tool to plan and share group trips, and it's free to use.
Keep your password private — you're responsible for what happens on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
The photos, notes, and plans you add are yours. You give Journi permission to store them and show them to the members of your trip so the app can do its job — nothing more. Please don't upload anything that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is harmful or abusive.
Don't misuse Journi — that includes trying to break its security, access trips you're not part of, or use it to harm or harass anyone.
Coco's suggestions are AI-generated and may not always be right. Fares, place details, hours, and links come from outside sources and can change without notice. Always confirm important details — prices, reservations, travel documents, and safety information — for yourself before relying on them. Journi is a planning aid, not a travel agent.
Journi is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may add, change, or pause features as the app grows. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Novara isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Journi.
You can stop using Journi anytime and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@novarahq.io. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
